When to use 没A没B Set Phrases like 没完没了
没A没B is a family of four-character set phrases: 没 goes before each of two related one-syllable words, usually a pair of opposites (大/小, 日/夜, 轻/重) or two parts of one whole (头/脑, 心/肺). Saying 没 twice stresses that something is completely missing, and most of these phrases criticize or complain: 没完没了 “endless”, 没大没小 “no respect for older people”. Learn them as set phrases; you can’t freely make new ones.
他没日没夜地工作了一个星期。
He worked day and night for a whole week.
这孩子跟大人说话没大没小的。
This kid talks to adults with no respect at all.

- Don’t swap in 不: the phrase is 没完没了, not 不完不了.
