Use 爱去不去 and 爱吃不吃 to say it is up to the other person, and you are not going to push any more.

รูปแบบประโยค

爱 + verb + 不 + same verb

爱A不A tells someone “do it or don’t, it’s up to you”; it sounds impatient, so keep it for casual talk with people you know well.

When to use 爱A不A for “Do It or Don’t, I Don’t Care”

Put 爱 in front of a verb, then repeat the same verb after 不: 爱去不去, 爱吃不吃, 爱信不信. Here 爱 does not mean “love”; it means “as you like.” The whole phrase says “go or don’t go, I don’t care,” and the speaker is done arguing.

你爱去不去,反正我明天一定要去。

Go or don’t, it’s up to you. I’m definitely going tomorrow anyway.

我已经提醒过他了,他爱听不听,我不管了。
