Description of Service

HanyuGuide provides interactive exercises to improve users' Chinese language skills. While we strive for accuracy and users are welcome to reach out to us with any concerns, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content found on the Service.

Unauthorized Use

You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. This includes but is not limited to the following: using automated scripts to interact with the Service, using the Service to send unsolicited messages, or using the Service to collect data for any purpose other than personal use.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for any content they post, share, or otherwise communicate while using the Service. Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes.

Classroom and Student Accounts

Educators who create or manage classroom dashboards represent that they are authorized by their school, tutoring practice, organization, parent or guardian relationship, or other applicable authority to invite students and provide student information to HanyuGuide. Educators are responsible for using appropriate student identifiers, for keeping temporary student login credentials private, and for removing access when a student should no longer participate.

Classroom-managed student accounts may use a username and password instead of an email address. Where an educator provides a school email address or other student information, the educator is responsible for having the right to provide that information and for following the policies that apply to their classroom or organization.

Organizations that use HanyuGuide to create or manage student access are also covered by the Student Data Addendum. Student data may be used to provide and improve HanyuGuide's educational service, but not for targeted advertising, resale, unrelated commercial profiles, or direct marketing to classroom-managed students.

Under-13 Student Use

Students under 13 may use HanyuGuide only through access created or approved by an authorized educator, parent, guardian, tutoring provider, or organization. HanyuGuide does not knowingly allow under-13 students to create independent self-service accounts outside that authorized context.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service for any user without notice for any or no reason whatsoever.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability

HanyuGuide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
