When to use Moreover with 何况
何况 introduces an additional reason that makes the conclusion even more obvious. It often means “let alone” or “especially since.”
这个方案成本太高，何况风险也不小。
This plan is too costly, moreover the risk is not small.
初学者都能理解，何况你已经学了几年。
Even beginners can understand it, let alone you who have studied for years.
大家没有理由反对，何况这是多数人的选择。
Everyone has no reason to oppose it, especially since this is the majority’s choice.
